I needed a better camera for my trip to Panama, especially one that would take decent pictures inside as well as out. This camera was a little intimidating at first as it has lots of functions, but after a little time with my daughter in law, who is a photographer- I found that it is really easy to use for basic picture taking. I learned the basics and will build on that over time.
